Responsibilities:

Establish and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, and departmental policies and liaison with other managers as appropriate.
Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with accurate information and with a positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction.
Supervise the appropriate selection of rooms, based on guest needs, and instructions as per the Director of Housekeeping.
Maintain Housekeeping supplies.
Conducts property inspections at the start of each shift, beginning with the main lobby, guest corridors and elevator landings, and public space.
Provide constant and consistent communications with other Housekeeping staff and other departments as needed.
Ability to work well under pressure patiently and tactfully and diplomacy to effectively resolve guest complaints.
Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs.
Assist in another area of the department as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Anchorage, AK 99503: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required).

Experience:

Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred).
